Tenants Information
Choosing to rent can offer incredible flexibility and freedom. Whether you have been renting for years, are looking to move to your first ever rental property, or need to rent whilst bridging over to your new home, we can offer you a full range of services to help you at every stage of your tenancy.
Tenants content insurance
Landlords are obliged to insure the building and any fixtures and fittings but it is the tenantās responsibility to insure the contents and their personal possessions. We can suggest insurers who will offer such cover if required.
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Tenant Protection
Whitehornes are members of a Client Money Protection Scheme, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman and which is a redress scheme. You can find out more details on the agentās website or by contacting the agent directly.
